Sa Sa Samosa Kitchen

Sa Sa Samosa Kitchen creates Kenyan inspired samosas by hand in Louisville, Kentucky. (Samosas are fried or baked pastries with different savory fillings.) SaSa handcrafts four types of samosas: beef samosas, chicken samosas, veggie samosas, and sukumawiki (vegan) samosas. SaSa is also a social benefit venture. The ingredients they use in their samosas include vegetables and herbs grown locally by refugee families at the Gate of Hope Farm in Louisville. They use 100% grass fed beef locally sourced from FoxHollow Farm in Crestwood, Kentucky, in their beef samosas. SaSa also strives to empower mothers who are unable to work at the regular workplace financially by providing them with flexible job opportunities in theSamosa Kitchen.
