Ouroots Produce

Ouroots Produce is a small-scale aquaponic farm on Mowbray Mountain near Chattanooga, Tennessee. They grow nutrient dense microgreens, leafy greens, and fresh herbs without the use of any pesticides or herbicides, while raising channel catfish. Aquaponics is a method of sustainable and economically friendly farming that utilizes fish and plants in a closed-loop system.
