Noble Springs Dairy

Noble Springs Dairy is a family owned Grade A goat dairy and artisanal goat cheese making operation that was licensed in 2009. The dairy farm is located just 6 miles from downtown Franklin, Tennessee. It produces a variety of all natural, goat milk products. Their goat cheeses have a distinctive flavor that is due to the forage based diet and special care their animals receive.
